• Establish on October.
• 1 unit Handy Size vessel 29.000 DWT which has carried coal from Kalimantan to Suralaya Power Plant.

2005

• Operate 2 units Panamax and 1 unit Handymax vessel.
• Carried Coal from Kalimantan to Suralaya Power Plant.

2006

• Order 2 units of self-propelled barge (10.000 DWT x 2) in Batam Indonesia.
• Purchase of 1 unit Panamax vessel 65.000 DWT named MV Victory Union to serve 1,5 million MT coal per year for PT Kideco Jaya Agung.
• Purchase of 1 unit self-propelled Floating Loader named Sea Lift No.1 with capacity 15.000 MT/day to serve in Adang Bay, Kalimantan.

2007

• Delivered 2 units of 10.000 DWT of Special Coal Carrier named MV Grace Ocean and MV United Ocean.
• Chartered 2 units of Panamax for 3 years named MV Lia and MV Great Sky to serve coal transportation from Kalimantan to China and Korea.
• Purchased 2 (two) unit Tanker Vessels named MT PETRO MARINE 1 & MT PETRO MARINE 2, and 1 unit Floating Loader named FLF Hana.

2008

• Established PT JSK Singapore Pte.Ltd.
• Operated 1 unit of Supramax vessel named MV Dubai Knight for carrying 240.000 MT of coal from Kalimantan to Sibolga, North Sumatra.
• Purchased 1 unit Panamax vessel 69.325 DWT named MV Karunia for Carrying 1.5 million MT coal per year.

2009

• Purchased 1 unit Handymax 49,000 DWT vessel named MV Bara Anugrah.

2010

• Awarded 15 years contract with major power plant in Java.
• Established Armada Rock Karunia Transhipment in Singapore specialized in off-shore business.
• ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified.

2011

• Purchased 2 units Panamax vessel named MV Kartini Samudra 73,000 DWT and MV Permata Caroline 72,000 DWT.
• Purchase 5 sets tug and barge.
• Deliver 2 units of 13,000 DWT Deck Cargo Vessel named MV Jaya Amara and MV Jaya Buana.

2012

• Sold 2 double bottom tankers / acquired a coal mine (PT. Rocco Merilla Barkah)

2013

• Sold 1 Handysize vessel / acquired a nickel mine (PT. Elsaday Mulia)

2014

• Acquired PT. Alphacon Valfindo and set up PT. JSK Gas and PT. JSK Karya Gas which are relevant to LNG and CNG business in Benoa (Bali) and Teluk Lamong (East Java), respectively.

2015

• Floating Regasification Unit & Floating Storage Unit awarded with IP/PLN to supply fuel to their 200 MW power plant in Bali.

2016

• Contract for Floating Storage Unit Installation signed and Delivery of Floating Regasification Unit completed in March. Currently system commissioning smoothly being in progress.
